Future has today unveiled Reputation Security – an ongoing retainer-based model for brands and CEOs.
The concept provides 24/7 issues management for clients, in addition to proactive action to secure interviews for clients across broadcast, national and consumer media.
Launched in 2017 by MD Nina Sawetz, Future focuses on raising the corporate profiles of entrepreneurs and turning CEOs into influencers.
To date, Nina has worked with the likes of Paul Aitken (CEO, Borro), Jim McCarthy (CEO, Poundland), Martin Forbes (CEO, Cox Automotive), Steve Moore (CEO, Flight Club), David Kosky and Eliot Gold (Co-founders, Work.Life) Matthew Sanders (CEO, Zoek) and Keith Poole (MD, Suits Me).
She comments, “There are too many CEOs and business leaders who do not have reputation security in place. One wrong tweet, one post from an employee, one negative mention from a customer and CEOs can find themselves in difficult situations very quickly. It’s crucial to their brand and their livelihood that they know how to respond correctly when an issue or opportunity breaks and have a PR agent in place who can handle the scenario instantly.”
“It’s like door security for night clubs – you wouldn’t hire them after or during a fight, you have them there, ready and waiting to step in when, and if, you need them.”
