We have supported national and global clients through various external and internal incidents expertly and in confidence, including administrations and closures, store incidents, financial results and personal issues.
When a recent well-recognised retailer fell into administration, Future handled all comms activity – from the development of the crisis and internal comms procedure, briefing of the directors, drafting all key statements in advance of the story, and handling media enquiries. We also worked closely with the retailer’s administrators to ensure all parties were aligned. The story broke one month after the retailer had filed, with minimal press coverage.
